Pharmacists use your NHI card to access the PharmaCloud System, which shows your medication records and lab test results from different hospitals over the past three months. This helps pharmacist check your liver and kidney function, avoid duplicated medications, and spot potential drug interactions.
藥師可以讀取健保卡紀錄來查詢雲端藥歷，並藉由雲端藥歷看到病患過去三個月在不同院所的用藥紀錄及抽血檢查數據。藉此可以知道患者的肝腎功能狀況，以及是否重複用藥，或是潛在的藥品交互作用。
