Four Herbs Soup is named after its four main Chinese medicinal ingredients: Chinese yam, lotus seeds, fox nut barley, and poria cocos. This combination not only supports spleen health but also helps eliminate excess dampness from the body. It is suitable as a mild tonic medicinal cuisine.
四神湯使用了四種中藥材而得名：山藥、蓮子、芡實、茯苓，此組成可以健脾利濕，適合作為平補的藥膳。
